The beloved former Knick, who had a serious heart attack earlier this month, is showing signs of improvement, according to his son. Antoine Mason, a guard on the Auburn basketball team, spoke to his dad yesterday, telling AL.com that his father “can hear things and respond by blinking and shaking his head and things like that,” though he still can’t talk. Says Antoine: “When I talked to him, my mom and him, they’re telling me he’s getting better.” Keep fighting, Mase.
