The judge in the New York hush money case of President-elect Trump denied Trump's motion to dismiss the case. The judge signaled he will not order Trump jailed following his conviction on low-level felony charges of falsifying business records. Trump has called the case a partisan witch hunt, and a spokesperson said there should be no sentencing. NBC News' Garrett Haake reports.
