Operator of limo in fatal N.Y. crash arrested, charged with criminally negligent homicide

Police say Nauman Hussain, the operator of Prestige Limousine in Gansevoort, NY, had received written notices that driver Scott Lisinicchia did not have the license to drive the limo, which had been ordered off the road following multiple safety violations. Hussain's attorney says the state bears responsibility for an unsafe intersection.
