Signs of progress as firefighters continue to battle wildfires

Fire officials said that for the first time since the wildfire emergency began eight days ago in Southern California, there has been no significant growth in the fires. As winds diminished, more progress was reported in containing the two biggest fires. Displaced families began sending their children back to school, with some attending new schools because of fire damage. NBC News' Morgan Chesky reports.
