The Puerto Rican Island of Vieques Remains on Life Support

The island was devastated last month by Hurricane Maria and residents have had to depend on private donations as FEMA supplies have been slow to arrive. A group called “Vieques Love” has already raised more than $800,000 for the island’s recovery.Oct. 15, 2017
