As every Mallomar lunatic knows, April is the cruelest month. That’s when shipments of the heat-sensitive treat stop until the fall. With the April 28 return of Chocolate Bar to the West Village, however, there is hope: housemade—one might go so far as to say artisanal—Mallomars. New chef Gustaf Mabrouk picked up the recipe from Claudia Fleming during a stint at the defunct Amuse, and unlike the Nabisco original, his Mallomar knows no season (19 Eighth Ave., nr.
