If there are two things the British know well, it’s wet weather and dry humor. Which makes this cheeky umbrella ($74) by London Undercover an appropriate envoy. It just arrived at Any Old Iron (149 Orchard St., nr. Stanton St.; 212-254-4404), a new, pint-size store stocking offbeat British menswear, much of which has never been sold in the U.S. The umbrella’s underbelly, visible here, is a greasy helping of fish and chips, while the other side is printed with screaming tabloid headlines—another area at which the British clearly excel.
