The ultimate status accessory for spring just might be Chloe’s black wedge heels—and of course, I can’t afford them. Instead, I’m going for these sueded sandals from Michael Kors’s secondary line, KORS. The heels have a clean shape, a strong color, a sale price of $68 (originally $195), and the ability to look great over colored wool tights—something so necessary for this season’s manic layered look. As for those Chloe shoes, well, what’s the fun in having something that Kate Moss has already rocked to perfection?
