I feel a little helpless dealing with the inconvenient truth of our environment. So besides recycling and buying local produce, I’m also on the hunt for ecofriendly fashion that doesn’t look like it belongs in a hippie commune. My first find? Loomstate’s organic-cotton T-shirts, dyed with natural indigo and fashionable enough for Barneys to embrace them. I like them with jeans and a thermal, but you can also pair them with a pencil skirt and swing coat for some earth-approved fall style.
