With all the controversy over Bisphenol A (BPA) in plastics and people’s general discomfort with aluminum, it’s about time someone came out with a stainless-steel water bottle. This Bilt bottle is resistant to rusting, incredibly sanitary (think surgical instruments), and very durable. Yes, the tops are plastic, but they’re made of food grade No. 5 polypropylene, sans BPA. And it will fit in most bike water-bottle cages, car holders, and treadmills, and is easier to drink from when literally on the run than its aluminum competitor.
