Here at the Strategist, we’re no strangers to scouring the internet’s sales bins to find the best daily deals on actually good products. But we’ve also been known to do some deal-making of our own — and as the weather starts to cool and the sun sets a little bit earlier every day, we thought now would be a good time to level up your loungewear and stock up on stuff that’ll make your bedroom feel a little bit cozier.

Below are eight deals — just for our readers — on some of our favorite brands, all of which we’ve written about on our site. If you’re in the market for new expert-approved underwear (for men or women), want to revamp your bedding for fall, or are finally ready to upgrade your well-worn pair of sweatpants, scroll down to shop all the picks. Most of these deals expire tonight (Tuesday, August 30) at 11:59 p.m. EST, so don’t sleep on them. If you want more sales coverage, sign up for our newsletter here so you don’t miss a thing.

Sustainable-underwear label Knickey makes one sexy granny panty. Its fan club includes Evelynn Escobar-Thomas, the founder of Hike Clerb, and stylist Mac Doyle. Escobar-Thomas says the brand’s all-cotton High-Rise Briefs are soft, don’t leave a line, and have become “the only underwear I want to wear,” and Doyle likes that the French cut provides coverage without bunching clothes underneath. If you’re not a fan of the granny panty, no worries: Knickey also makes more low-cut options and non-restricting bralettes, all from the same supersoft cotton. Now through September 2, you can score anything on the site for 20 percent off with code STRATSITEWIDE, including its expert-recommended High-Rise Brief and Low-Rise Thong, below. —Ambar Pardilla

Tommy John started by making men’s undershirts but soon expanded to include underwear and loungewear for women and men. Its Stay-Tucked undershirt remains one of our favorite tank tops for men, and its Second Skin boxer briefs have become our favorite trunks, made of a supersoft, moisture-wicking, and non-pilling micromodal fabric that still provides enough support down there. (They even get Kevin Hart’s seal of approval.) The brand’s wireless bras, which launched in 2019, are surprisingly supportive, and its briefs are nearly weightless and — dare we say — dainty. Until September 12 at 11:59 p.m. EST, the whole site is 20 percent off with code STRAT20 for our readers, so now’s the time to restock your drawers with some fresh drawers. If you need help choosing, here are some of our favorite expert-recommended undershirts, underwear, and bras from the brand. —Maxine Builder

Lively popped up on our radar in 2019, when we did an in-depth survey of bra start-ups, and it caught our eye again when the brand launched a loungewear line with many pieces made from the same soft all-day modal fabric as the bra we tested (and loved). And when you use code STRAT20 at checkout, you can take 20 percent off all its loungewear. The two-piece matching sets, or “bundles,” are just $40 (making them significantly cheaper than other pairs of buttery-soft pajamas we’ve written about). If you don’t want to choose between striped, piped, or polka-dotted options, you can go fully monochrome with a scoop-tank-and-sweatpant duo or a terry twofer. If you’re not into sets, the brand’s joggers, tees, shirts, and other loungewear are also on sale as separates. And just like any good bedtime, these deals expire at 11:59 p.m. EST tonight, just before midnight. —A.P.

We first heard about CloudKnit in 2016, when Great Jones co-founder Sierra Tishgart tipped us off to these supersoft — but never sloppy — sweatpants from Outdoor Voices. The fabric is “soft, smooth, light, and just the right amount of stretchy.” It’s so inviting, Sierra told us, “I’d buy sheets made in that fabric if I could.” And while Outdoor Voices hasn’t ventured into bedding, you can swath your whole body in CloudKnit. The brand now offers a whole collection of CloudKnit, called the All Day line, including long-sleeved and short-sleeved tops, hoodies, sweatpants, and shorts — along with the original joggers that we, and all of you, have fallen in love with over and over again over the past six years. (This is our favorite women’s loungewear for a reason.) Outdoor Voices is having its own Labor Day sale right now, but Strategist readers can take 25 percent off any item from the All Day line, head to toe, with code STRATCLOUD at checkout. That includes items in the line that are already on sale, like the All Day Crop Tank and the All Day Jogger, both of which are over half off when you use our code. Below are a few of our favorite pieces from the line (for women and men) to shop now. —M.B.

When your kiddo needs just one more hug to doze off before a nap or at bedtime, this lightly weighted Baloo blanket will give them that comforting embrace. Unlike cuddles in real life, former Strategist senior writer Karen Iorio Adelson noted that she “felt cooler sleeping under the Baloo than most of the other” weighted blankets she tried, thanks in part to its low-profile, breathable cotton cover. And right now the brand is taking $50 off the “Mini” version (a discount of 34 percent). Made of the same materials as Baloo’s larger blankets, the Mini measures 40 by 60 inches, and the total weight of its glass-bead filling is just nine pounds. That means it’s perfectly sized for kids who need a little extra squeeze for a restful snooze. Plus the beads are sewn in place, making the blanket kickproof. The Mini comes in three soothing colors (petal pink, aqua, and indigo), and no code is necessary to receive the discount — just shop through the link below. —Latifah Miles

We’re big fans of Ettitude’s soft bamboo bedding and sleepwear, which we’ve noted time and again is impressively soft and cooling. That’s especially the case for the brand’s lightweight and airy comforter, which we’ve named the best bamboo comforter. For the sweaty sleepers among us, this comforter has an alternative-down filling made from bamboo blended with recycled water bottles, which promotes proper airflow and offers an all-night cooling effect. It’s recommended by Anishka Clarke, a co-owner of Ishka Design, who says that despite the fact that bamboo is one of the “strongest and hardest natural materials,” the comforter is “supersoft — like, baby soft on your skin.” It’s a solid option for transitional fall weather, when you’re not sure you need the air conditioner or the radiator running. And right now, it’s 25 percent off with code STRAT25. —Brenley Goertzen

Lunya makes our favorite silk pajamas, which are both luxurious and machine washable. Made of Mulberry silk, they kept former Strategist writer Hilary Reid “cool when my bedroom was warm and warm when my bedroom was cool.” And this high-rise pant set, which comes with a cropped, button-down top and flared, slit pants for an extra-flowy feel, is particularly versatile. It’s stylish enough to wear from your bed to your couch and even to a Zoom meeting, and you’ll never feel like a slob — and Strategist readers can currently snag it for 25 percent off with code FOR-STRATSILK25 at checkout. —L.M.

Size-inclusive clothing brand Universal Standard is a favorite among Strategist staffers, and its Next-to-Naked Bodysuit is a true standout. Contributor Francine Maroukian introduced us to it, calling it “simultaneously utilitarian and luxurious.” The material is “insanely soft, comfortable, and liberating” — not necessarily the description you’d expect for a full-body garment. Maroukian’s recommendation was so strong that Strategist writer Dominique Pariso, a noted unitard collector, bought one for herself and quickly became a fan. “This unitard is so lightweight that it feels like a second skin,” she says. For Strategist readers, the bodysuit is currently $40 off when you use code STRATBODYSUIT now through September 8. —A.P.
