Browse 2,000 stalls of furniture, books, art, and more at Saint-Ouen, Paris's famed antique market—or nab cheaper finds at Neptune.

When it comes to Paris’s fabled puces, or flea markets, most tourists head to the labyrinthine Saturday-to-Monday-only stalls of Saint-Ouen, which showcase a king’s ransom of mid-century finds—but at ransom-level prices. If you really want to shop, not just browse and lust, take the Métro’s line 9 to the end, Mairie de Montreuil, and head to Neptune, a nonprofit with two buildings. One is packed with bargain-price mid-century furniture, the other stuffed with everything else imaginable, like brightly colored seventies espresso-cup sets for $15. They’re open every day, except from 12:30–2 p.m.
