Brother of missing Detroit woman shares emotional message

Legally blind Detroit resident Carla Valpeoz vanished during her vacation to Peru. Valpeoz was last seen on December 11th. Her family is worried and her brother Carlo spoke out in an emotional plea saying, “We want you to come home safely to your friends and family.”
