Harney County Oregon Sheriff David Ward, tells the media that a group of outsiders, who didn't want the Hammonds to turn themselves in started a peaceful protest, but then some of the group broke off to begin an armed occupation of a National Wildlife Refuge. Sheriff Ward then tells the occupiers that it's time for them to go home, and end this peacefully.
