The world’s haughtiest person, Texas senator Ted Cruz, has been speaking on the Senate floor in opposition to Obamacare since 2:42 p.m., and plans to continue doing so, he claims, “until I am no longer able to stand.” It sounds like a filibuster, but it’s not. Cruz cannot stop or delay the vote that is scheduled for tomorrow.
