White House press secretary Sean Spicer — you know, the man who maybe thinks the Onion is real news and has it out for Daft Punk — finished his briefing today; watched as Mick Mulvaney, the director of the Office of Management and Budget, spoke about ongoing budget negotiations; and then promptly exited the room. He, unexpectedly, did not take any questions from members of the press corps. This, expectedly, did not go over super well with said members of the press corps.
