All the Best Amazon Prime Day 2022 Fashion Deals

Get your carts ready: Amazon’s seventh-annual Prime Day is halfway over, ending tonight at 3 a.m. ET. And judging from all the deals we’ve tracked so far, 2022’s Prime Day is (once again) full of discounts on Strategist favorites — especially when it comes to fashion.

Below, we did the hard work of finding the very best of the best Prime Day fashion deals, concentrating on worth-it bargains from brands that are Strategist-staffer approved and/or cool-person recommended, including Calvin Klein underwear, Levi’s denim, and Reebok sneakers. To do that, we not only looked through our archives (you’ll see some of our greatest hits below), but we also double- (and triple-) checked the price history of the products to make sure you’re getting a good deal. You can scroll down for those finds or just click on one of the links below to skip ahead to a particular category. This list will be continually updated, so check back for even more deals. And if you see something you like, it’s best not to wait — the sale ends in less than 10 hours.

With the second day of Prime Day winding down, we’re done updating posts for tonight. But you can keep shopping the deals below until 3 a.m. ET when they expire — keep in mind that these might sell out before then, so prices and availability are subject to change. Women’s clothing

The “Goldilocks of jeans” is now more than half-off. This style has two Strategist stamps of approval: Editor Maxine Builder considers the jeans “deliriously high,” while New York deputy editor Alexis Swerdloff likes their “worn-in-without-trying-too-hard wash.”

This cult-favorite Calvin Klein bra counts writer Molly Lamoureux as a fan for its comfortable coverage. The memory-foam cups are designed to mold to your body.

Amazon’s in-house athleisure line, Core 10, rarely goes on sale. When former senior writer Karen Iorio Adelson tried out the brand, she liked how its workout wear didn’t show panty lines even while twisting and bending.

Pro tip: A number of pieces from Stella McCartney’s ongoing Adidas collaboration are on sale right now, including these utilitarian running shorts with contrasting neon-pink trim.

Crowned the “best skinny jean” in our guide to high-waist denim, the 720s are currently the cheapest they’ve been this year. Writer Diana McCorry describes them as having “a great silhouette when you stand up” with enough stretch to breathe.

Denim obsessives love Frame jeans for their figure-hugging fit. Now you can get this super-stretchy pair, which features a cross between a skinny and straight leg, for almost $40 off.

Like Core 10, Amazon’s “The Drop” collection is only really marked down during Prime Day. This silky slip is an effortless piece you can wear on repeat, and it comes in tons of colors, including chartreuse, lime, and cobalt.

You could get the equally versatile skirt version while you’re at it, too.

Pack this cherry-print puff-sleeve minidress for that end-of-summer vacation.

Levi’s Original Trucker Jacket
From $54
From $54

Levi’s traditional trucker jean jacket has all the trappings of a classic with its straight silhouette and point collar.

Or get the Sherpa-lined version for a few dollars more to get ahead of fall.

If the workwear section of your wardrobe needs an update, this blazer comes in a number of neutrals — and this cheerful pink.

$64

And if you’re in the market for a new fall topper, we also spotted this sharply cut faux-leather jacket.

The Amazon coat — the one that once overtook the Upper East Side — is now almost half-off. Its paneling has “a little Balenciaga influence,” says Ana Maria Pimentel, former fashion director at Neiman Marcus.

Keep dry in a downpour with this heavy-rain-specific jacket from Marmot, which is made from water-repellent Gore-Tex and comes with an adjustable hood.

This Calvin Klein unlined bralette is one of the best steals we’ve seen hiding in the sale. If you’re into a matching set, get the also-on-sale hipster panty at Zappos.

The triangle version of the logo’d bralette from above is the cheapest it’s been since last November. It’s similar to one that Strategist senior writer Liza Corsillo owns and considers her weekend bra since it’s supportive even sans underwire.

With mesh for ventilation and sweat-wicking technology, this Champion sports bra was made for moderate-intensity workouts.

The iconic 501s — the style that literally started it all — are the straight jeans to get. These are much beloved by musicians Aly and AJ Michalka. “These are just classic: the fit, the semi-high waist, the color,” Aly explains.

Levi’s 501 Original Shorts
$28
$28

These are the first jorts that Levi’s made — they’re basically chopped-off 501s. At 40 percent off, you could buy them in bulk for summers to come.

Longtime remote worker Brodie Lancaster considers this True & Co. bra an essential for lifting, even when the “most travel you’re doing is from the couch to the toilet.”

The Deco-inspired, lingerie-esque lace on this pretty True & Co. bralette caught our eye, too.

Mixed prints and a knotted front set the Bailey apart from a standard maillot.

Women’s shoes

From $46

Now just under $50, the Triple Kicks haven’t been this low in price since 2020. These earned the title of “best platforms” in our white-sneaker story, in which D.C.-based organizer Nina Sarhan points out that the soles absorb the shock of steps while walking for hours.

From $147

It’s rare to see Docs (which have topped our lists of the best Chelsea and ankle boots) at this much of a discount. The Romettys fit right into the thick-platform moment we’re in.

Outfit idea: the silky slip above plus these barely-there strappy sandals. Already cheap at their original price of $50, they’re now an even better bargain when you take 30 percent off.

This is a sample-sale-level price tag. Plus, it’s hard to resist those pearls and gems.

$37

These Princess sneakers are a low-stakes way to enter the Reebok renaissance. They’re also a favorite of Amazon reviewers, with one going so far as to declare them the best tennis shoes that Reebok has ever made.

Picture this: a pair of Re/Done’s flares (the brand makes some of our favorite high-quality denim) and these shearling-lined buckle clogs for a full ’70s-throwback ’fit.

Another designer deal that made us do a double take was this pair of Staud sandals with whimsical ruching on the straps.

These have a similar weighty look to the pair we crowned the best chunky Chelsea boot — at a fraction of the cost.

Women’s accessories

For a wear-anywhere pair of sunglasses, go with Ray-Ban — the brand’s Erika style hasn’t been this cheap since December.

Or consider these Le Specs if you like your sunnies on the tiny, Carolyn Bessette-Kennedy side.

To wear in between washes, this stylish leopard headband comes from J.Crew jewelry alum Lele Sadoughi (whose line is rarely on sale).

A wallpaper-like botanical print updates what would otherwise be a sporty bucket hat.

Cooler than a traditional sun hat, the Joana visor will also pack easily into a suitcase.

The mixed metals and double hoops feel like you’re getting two earrings for the price of one.

Falke Bedsock Socks
$40

You won’t mind seeing these sweet pastel socks — which feature warm angora wool — peeking out from of a pair of boots.

The raffia Paros— which resembles the shape of a seashell — is elegant enough to use outside of the beach.

This stained-glass-esque version of Staud’s famed Tommy bag is still full price at Neiman Marcus and Bloomingdale’s, so don’t sleep on snagging one now for 25 percent off.

Lapvona author Ottessa Moshfegh owns the raffia version of this bag, which she calls “seriously spacious and beautiful” with straps that hit at the right length so the tote doesn’t sway around.

Men’s clothing

$43

Like lots of Levi’s we’ve spotted so far, the men’s version of the 501s are just under $50 now. The highly recommended jeans have a devout following, with former Strategist writer Jordan Bowman praising their “brilliant cut” and columnist Chris Black naming them a favorite basic.

We’ve dubbed these now-half-off 510s the best skinny jeans for men. Alex Simons, a brand and editorial manager at Netflix, explains that these are comfortable from the first try-on.

If you’re lacking in loungewear, this $12 pair is a steal. Roll up the cuffs whenever you want to look more put together.

These swim trunks are cut from quick-drying fabric so you can avoid that uncomfortable feeling of sitting in a wet bathing suit.

We haven’t seen these Amazon Essentials performance shorts this cheap — ever. They’re designed to be moisture-wicking with a more tailored cut.

State is known for its quality, affordable cashmere. Now, you can get the sweater we named the best V-neck in our cashmere guide for even cheaper.

From $55

Score this polo shirt, which works on or off the court, from tennis-player-approved brand Lacoste for the lowest price since mid-2021.

Go for a full Canadian tuxedo with this rodeo-ready shirt from Levi’s that has Western-inspired stitching along the shoulders.

To wear underneath a button-down or on their own, these Fruit of the Loom tees are designed not to ride up.

So much Calvin Klein underwear is on sale, but you probably won’t find a better deal than this three-pack of boxer briefs.

These Calvin Kleins have a closer-to-the-body silhouette for those who like something in between a boxer and brief. The three-piece pack also hasn’t been this cheap since 2020.

Men’s shoes

The Charged Pursuits have several jogger-friendly design features, including a breathable mesh upper, a tirelike pattern on the outsole for traction, and foam padding at the ankle.

These cross-trainers are meant to be lightweight and supportive so you can easily go from a barbell workout to a casual jog in the park.

If you’re a dedicated runner, Saucony is a safe bet — and the Peregrines feature what the brand describes as “aggressive lugs” on the sole to grip onto different terrains.

And for sneakers that don’t take themselves too seriously, we like the exuberance of these Lacostes (especially in this combination of greens).

And for more formal occasions, these oxfords, with their cap-toe stitching, look much more expensive than they are.

A thick midsole makes these Crocband Clogs feel a little snazzier.

Men’s accessories

These classic Wayfarers haven’t been this cheap since last November. The style topped our list of the best men’s sunglasses for its universally flattering fit (not to mention how popular it is with celebrities including David Beckham).

In the age of logomania, this simple, slim belt will stand out.

$59

This handsome fanny pack is subtle with its little Lacoste logo and a seat-belt-like strap.

This Citizen watch is (literally) timeless: Instead of battery changes, it recharges continuously when exposed to a light source, whether it’s artificial or natural.

For easy access to your ID, this Timberland wallet has a flip-out, removable pocket for when you get carded.

Channel a ’90s-sitcom dad with this cap, which hasn’t been this low priced since 2020.

Kids’ clothes and shoes

Consider this snuggly wearable blanket for next month’s milestone photo shoot.

This set of charming onesies from Simple Joys by Carter’s — with details such as an embroidered duck on an elephant’s trunk — would be a big hit at the next baby shower.

Or get the newborn in your life this dinosaur-themed romper set. Each is designed without tags to be gentle on their delicate skin.

And these pajamas are the cheapest we’ve ever seen them — to sweeten the deal, you can mix and match the pieces.

Just as we’ve entered midsummer, this never-been-this-cheap swimsuit set comes with a rash guard for belly flops. The pieces are also outfitted with UPF-50 sun protection.

Post-pool, put your toddler in one of these shorts, which have are adorned with an adorable bow at the waistband. If you do the math, each short in the set is only $5.

This stylish camo set rivals ones you’d see in the grown-up gym section.

Before the back-to-school rush, take advantage of some deals on The Children’s Place clothes. This well-reviewed denim jacket has the deepest discount.

Merrell makes some of our favorite hiking shoes — and now your little one can match you on the trail.

These have what Crocs describes as a “stay-on fit” (a.k.a. more secure straps) to keep up with their endless energy.

Luggage

From $37

This duffel earned a “best in class” blue ribbon in our guide to weekend bags, with Phil Dengler, co-founder of the Vacationer, praising its durability (even after years of being forced into tight spots).

In the aforementioned story, Dymphe Mensink, who runs the blog Dymabroad, recommended this carry-on as she has yet to see “a more expensive suitcase that would be better than this one.”

According to Italian bass-baritone Luca Pisaroni, Samsonite beats Rimowa in terms of durability. Pisaroni describes the Winfield as “incredibly resistant and practical,” while being lightweight.

Or go with this geometric set if your nighttime beauty routine takes up too much suitcase space.

The Strategist is designed to surface the most useful, expert recommendations for things to buy across the vast e-commerce landscape.
