The city has been buzzing with New York Design Week events. But some of the best showings took place at 52 Mercer Street, in a gallery space occupied by the collective Model Citizens NYC. Seen here, the expansive venue offers a rare glimpse of what Soho lofts used to look like”long before the developers and gentrifiers took over.
