Erika Searl, Cubby’s owner, said she couldn’t tell whether Cubby and her 5-year-old Yorkie, Ginger, wanted to get dressed up. “But they had to,” said Searl, a Hell’s Kitchen resident, “because it’s Puppy Prom!”
