Since the Super Bowl is aired on Fox this year, President Obama has agreed to sit down with one of the network’s stars for an interview that Sunday. (Last year when it was on CBS, he spoke with Katie Couric.) Fox opted to invite one of the stars of its affiliate Fox News, Bill O’Reilly, to take the job. Despite the White House’s long-running frenemy relationship with the cable network, O’Reilly and Obama have sat down before more than once and seem to get along. Now, if they’d agreed to have Glenn Beck do the interview, that would have made for some seriously compelling television. Who doesn’t want to see an adult prone to tears faced with his own personal bogeyman?
