Cops have a suspect in the grisly murders of eight victims whose bodies were dumped along a remote beach in Suffolk. Although they won’t elaborate, police are exploring a link between the “Long Island Ripper” and the murder of four women in Atlantic City in 2006 who, like the first four bodies found in December, were also prostitutes. The suspect altered the way he dumped the latest bodies to be discovered, which were found farther east off Ocean Parkway last week and Monday. They may predate the victims found last winter. [NYP]
