Even though Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta proclaimed yesterday that Muammar Qaddafi’s “days are numbered,” don’t start pouring into the streets and kissing any nurses you may find there just yet. It seems that the Obama administration has used this exact phrase many times over the past few months.
