The NYPD’s Peter Ciollo, of Staten Island, was arrested yesterday and charged with attempted rape, sexual abuse, and endangering the welfare of a child. According to the Daily News, the 29-year-old cop allegedly spent his Fourth of July off plying a 16-year-old girl — identified as his sister-in-law — with alcohol before letting her drive his car, showing her pornography, and insisting on a sexual encounter until his wife walked in on them.
