Matt Drudge seems to think that the King family went out of its way to keep today’s 50th-anniversary commemoration of the March on Washington and the “I Have a Dream” speech Republican-free. In reality, as Roll Call reports, John Boehner, Eric Cantor, John McCain, George H.W. Bush, George W. Bush, and Jeb Bush were all invited to speak or attend, and all six of them were either unable or uninterested. But yeah, it’s the King family that blew it.
