Most of us would immediately watch any show based loosely on our lives, but we guess that’s a tall order for Michelle Obama (especially since she devotes an hour and a half to working out every day rather than mindlessly consuming media). In a radio interview on Thursday, the first lady told Ryan Seacrest that she just started watching Scandal during her last vacation. “We went to Hawaii so I had a long flight — so I watched all the seasons,” she said, adding, “I love Kerry Washington. She is amazing, so it makes the show fun.” This explains why she needed a few days to herself in Hawaii. You don’t want the president getting any ideas from Fitz.
