Nerds across these United States rejoiced on Friday night, when Bill Nye (the Science Guy) posted an Instagram selfie of himself, beloved astrophysicist and author Neil deGrasse Tyson, and President Obama. The three men happened to be in the same room for the White House Student Film Festival, which featured kid-made videos about how technology is changing education. There’s no way to know for certain that this presidential selfie is better than the infamous shot taken at Nelson Mandela’s memorial service — that one never surfaced — but the neckwear alone is pretty special.
