Is Renée Zellweger heading to Los Angeles for good? Real-estate watchers have noted that she allegedly bought a three-bedroom Pacific Palisades mansion in December with beau Bradley Cooper, and now a source tells New York that the pair of apartments she owns in a boutique co-op off Madison Avenue in the Eighties have been listed with Corcoran’s Leighton Candler. The properties were bought by her trust in 2007 and 2008, most likely with an eye to combining them. The larger of the two, a 3,750-square-foot three-bedroom, is priced at $6.975 million and has plenty of period details, including intricately detailed moldings and ceilings; next door, a one-bedroom with thirteen-foot ceilings and a wood-burning fireplace is priced at $1.975 million. Corcoran’s website suggests that the two can be joined “to create a full-floor apartment with over 5,000 square feet.” Zellweger’s representative confirms that she’s listed the properties, saying that “she will be spending more time on the West Coast.”
