Republic Bikes created the Abuela ($499), a Dutch-style three-speed with punchy accents—red saddle, stitched handlebars, retro bell—for the home-design chain. Oregon-based Beloved Cycles is responsible for the limited-edition, custom-built Jack Spade Morton($4,195), a French-inspired orange-and-white three-speed that arrives in stores in June.
