9 Things That’ll Almost Definitely Sell Out: From Girlfriend Collective to Glossier

For this week’s “Don’t DillyDally,” we’ve uncovered new launches from lots of Strategist favorites, including Glossier’s soothing soap bar, homewares made from deadstock ceramics, and Crocs’ latest culinary collab.

Girlfriend Collective’s Float line is beloved by editors, celebrities, and cool people for its seamless, buttery material. For a limited time, the leggings, shorts, tops, and exercise dresses are available in an electric blue called “ultramarine” until the colorway sells out. The collection is usually available in black or white, so if you’re a fan of this eye-catching shade, snag it while you can.

Crocs continues expanding its wide swath of collabs, this time with the famed apron company Hedley & Bennett. It includes a pair of zhuzhed-up classic Crocs (with a slip-resistant outsole and a specially made adjustable heel strap for extra security); an elevated navy-and-tan version of Crocs’ Bistro Work Clog; and a Jibbitz pack of the H&B apron, hat, ampersand logo, a plastic food container, and the phrase “Yes, Chef” (a not-so-subtle nod to H&B’s aprons showing up in season two of Hulu’s The Bear).

Japanese beauty brand Tatcha is known for its inventory of “dewy-inducing, radiance-boosting” products, as beauty columnist Rio Viera-Newton says. Its lip mask in particular is hydrating enough to combat cold winter days and shiny enough to double as a lip gloss. This week, Tatcha released a limited-edition version of the lip mask in a subtle berry shade called “wisteria,” which is inspired by the Japanese Black Dragon Wisteria tree.

It’s been seven years since the release of Glossier’s gentle milky jelly cleanser, which has garnered “It” girl Alexa Chung and teen girls alike as fans. Yesterday, the brand expanded the line with a hydrating Milky Jelly soap bar meant for cleansing face to toe. Key ingredients include allantoin, shea butter, and chamomile extract, so it should be soothing enough for sensitive skin.

In even more skincare news, Dieux Skin added a new product to its lineup: the Air Angel. The gel moisturizer is formulated with a cocktail of hydrating, barrier-restoring ingredients like glycerin, ceramides, urea, and cylindrica-root extract. It melts into the skin with a non-dewy finish, making it ideal for oily and acne-prone skin.

J.Hannah x LACMA

Status-y nail-polish label J.Hannah debuted its limited-edition collab with LACMA today. It includes blue and apricot shades, both sampled from the 1671 still life “Flowers in a Glass Vase” by Dirck de Bray, which is part of the museum’s permanent collection.

Mackenzie-Childs, popular for its inventory of eclectic home goods, teamed up with Katey McFarlan, the Texas-based creator behind Chronicles of Frivolity, for a ceramic capsule collection. The three pieces in the collection include a vase, spoon rest, and bowl, all featuring pink and green lattice hand-painted prints for a pop of color on any dining table.

Last time we covered New York–based sustainable fashion and homeware brand Rentrayage, they partnered up with Madewell on a line of clothing. This week, it debuted its first home collection “Hereafter Home” with abc carpet & home. In line with Rentrayage’s founding philosophy of repurposing old items, the collection includes revived hand-dyed table linens and pillow covers, and deadstock ceramic plates, bowls, and drinkware, which are repainted and reglazed with a 100 percent recycled material.

Verloop, an AAPI- and family-owned brand known for its knits, launched two new products today: placemats and faux sheepskin. Like their usual offerings, the home accents come in cheery bold colors and are made with repurposed materials. We especially like this faux sheepskin that could work on a couch, chair, bed, or on the floor.

The Strategist is designed to surface the most useful, expert recommendations for things to buy across the vast e-commerce landscape. Some of our latest conquests include the best acne treatments, rolling luggage, pillows for side sleepers, natural anxiety remedies, and bath towels. We update links when possible, but note that deals can expire and all prices are subject to change.
