New Stuff Alert: Araks for J.Crew and Ceremonia Dry Shampoo

For this week’s Don’t Dillydally, we’ve rounded up a range of newly released products we’re particularly excited about, including understated underthings from Araks and J.Crew, Brooklinen’s quilted blanket, and Great Jones’ saucy little saucier.

There’s another J.Crew designer collaboration afoot, this time with Araks Yeramyan of lingerie and swimwear brand Araks. (Yeramyan is a J.Crew alum.) Some highlights: a color-blocked slip, picot-trimmed bralette, and silk-charmeuse bikini panties.

Almost every one of the Strategist beauty writers has at least one Nécessaire essential (be it a body wash or natural deodorant). Now the beauty brand has come out with a lip balm featuring healing niacinamide and hydrating hyaluronic acid. (I don’t doubt someone who works on our Beauty Brief will be trying it out soon enough.)

After launching a skin-care line back in September, Credo is now in the body-care business. The just-launched ceramide serum, green algae cream, and mineral wash are all formulated with fermented kelp from Maine (maybe it’ll be the next beef tallow).

Half of my hair-care routine includes Ceremonia (its Guava Rescue Spray is the best heat protectant). It introduced a dry shampoo “powder pouf” with oil-absorbing arrowroot and frizz-reducing aloe vera.

The newest member of Great Jones’ cookware family is the Little Saucy, “sibling” to its Saucy saucier — and cousin to the Dutchess Dutch oven and Holy Sheet sheet pan. It’s made for small-batch sauces or something like milk for hot chocolate. It comes with etched measurements (from 1 quart to 1.5 quarts) and a sprout on one side.

Brooklinen’s Featherweight Bed Blankets

The news of Brooklinen’s new Featherweight bed blankets sent the Strategist-staff Slack channel yesterday. Our writer (and resident bedding expert) Lauren Ro described it as somewhere between a quilt and a comforter. The 300-thread-count sateen-shell blankets are available in down and a down alternative.

Uniqlo and JW Anderson’s (from Loewe’s Jonathan Anderson) collection for this year’s spring/summer season is officially live tomorrow. And, as anyone who has ever shopped a Uniqlo collaboration will tell you, it goes very quickly. All the look book’s links are live (you just can’t add anything to your cart yet). Everything’s pretty preppy — think seagull socks and striped polo shirts.

The Strategist is designed to surface useful, expert recommendations for things to buy across the vast e-commerce landscape. Every product is independently selected by our team of editors, whom you can read about here. We update links when possible, but note that deals can expire and all prices are subject to change.
