Below, we’ll be gathering deals for the best home appliances worth buying this Prime Day, from robot vacuums to mini-fridges to countertop dishwashers. We ran the numbers to find unusually steep discounts and looked in particular for sales on name-brand household gadgets and gizmos that we’ve written about and recommended before. Among these Strat-approved picks are our favorite vacuum cleaners, a beginner-friendly Singer sewing machine for under $100, and an array of expert-approved air purifiers and humidifiers. You’ll also find reliable fans and air-conditioning units to see out the rest of summer.
Vacuums
Miele’s cordless stick vacuum is great for hard-to-reach spots and ceilings.

Mops
Many reviewers of the Shark Steam Pocket Mop claim it does a better job at lifting dirt and grime than professional cleaning services they’ve used.
Multiple reviewers go so far as to call Bissell’s industrial-looking mop “a beast,” with one writing, “I have white matte tile floors in my kitchen with two 8-year-olds and a dog. They get gross. This thing got it all and leaves no streaks.”
Irons
