Labor Day weekend is here, and so are the Labor Day sales. You can, of course, find soon-to-be-off-season items, like swimsuits and miniskirts — though, to be honest, you can definitely still squeeze a month of use out of those — but it’s also a great time to stock up on staples that might be looking a little worse for wear, including bedding and skincare.
By now, most retailers have announced the discounts that will last through the long weekend. You also shouldn’t sleep on the mattress deals, some of which are as good as they’ll get all year — and I’ve dedicated an entire post to all those sales here.
But here, we’ve got a real grab-bag of the best deals that I could find. So to make it a little easier, I’ve organized the deals alphabetically by merchant. I’m logging off for an extra-long weekend, so things may sell out — but all the deals should still be good through Monday. If you want to stay in the loop for all my Labor Day sales coverage (including subscriber-only deals), be sure to sign up for our email newsletter.

Dermstore just had its anniversary sale, so I wasn’t expecting much for Labor Day. But I was pleasantly surprised to see that it’s offering 20 percent off all EltaMD and PC Skin products with the code SKIN20 this weekend. We are obsessed with EltaMD’s sunscreen — and don’t forget about our best extra-strength vitamin-C serum, which will fade hyperpigmentation from acne or sneaky sunburns.
