Just hours after Governor Andrew Cuomo and state lawmakers came to a budget agreement Sunday night, some pundits were already speculating about how the deal could affect a potential presidential run. Not in 2012, of course, but in 2016. Not so fast. On today’s Morning Joe, New York’s Chris Smith (who wrote this week’s cover story on Cuomo) explained to the panel that Cuomo’s deep education cuts “could come back to bite him.”
