Over the last few weeks, we’ve sweated through some of the most oppressively hot days of summer, and temperatures likely won’t be dropping soon. Times like these call for an arsenal of easy dresses — but all too often we find that many “summer” dresses promising “lightweight” fabrics are really only using that word as a creative synonym for “cheap.” Which is why we were pleasantly surprised to discover that, just as summer’s hottest stretch sets in, Lululemon has slashed the prices on a bunch of easy dresses (one of which is literally just a billowy T-shirt) made with fabrics actually designed to keep you dry and comfy. There’s a sleeveless, form-fitting black style in sweat-wicking “cottony-soft” material called Full-on Luon; a breezy black maxi dress in sweat-wicking, “buttery-soft” Nulu; and a racer-back-ish tank dress in another breathable fabric that apparently feels like “peach fuzz.” Below, our favorites, all of which look cool — and more importantly will keep you that way over the next several months.
