A Running List of My Favorite Products at Sephora (Which Are Now on Sale)

The Sephora Insider sale is upon us once again. Through April 19, Rouge members (those beauty fiends who spend $1,000 or more annually) get 20 percent off their purchase with the code OMGSPRING (those prices are reflected here), and VIB members (second tier-ers — those who spend $350 over the year) get 15 percent off. And starting today, April 15, Insiders (anyone who signs up for the retailer’s loyalty program) get 10 percent off all orders. As I always like to mention, Sephora’s return policy is super-flexible (you can return anything, used or unused, within 60 days), so if for some reason your skin doesn’t respond well to your new Supergoop! Unseen Sunscreen (which is, by the way, 20 percent off and completely transparent), you can send it right back. Below, my favorite products, from an acid-mantle-repairing, hydrating moisturizer to some retinol-rich eye masks.

Note: The prices below reflect the Rouge members’ discount.

This exfoliating tonic from Moon Juice has developed a kind of cultlike following, as many people (including my friend Maya) swear that it serves as a dupe to celebrity-beloved Biologique’s P50.

This incredibly soothing, hydrating moisturizer from Lord Jones uses 250 milligrams of CBD, ceramides, hyaluronic acid, and squalane to create an ultramoisturizing, skin-quenching cream that repairs, replenishes, and rejuvenates compromised skin barriers. In other words, it is a healing, soothing delight for any kind of extremely dry or irritated skin.

This skin-conditioning and ultramoisturizing essence is an excellent way to add a deep boost of moisture to your routine — it uses healing and hydrating ingredients like green tea and algae. Also, this is apparently one of Skin Care by Hyram’s favorite products out of the whole Tatcha line.

This totally clear chemical sunscreen from Supergoop! is one of my all-time favorites. Not only does it leave zero white cast, but it also works as an excellent skin-smoothing primer for makeup.

These 5 percent AHA peel pads from Goop are some of my favorite exfoliants around. They use glycolic acid to buff away dead skin cells and even out your complexion, Australian Kakadu plum for antioxidant and skin-protective benefits, and three different molecular weights of hyaluronic acid to deliver moisture to your complexion. Whenever I use these pads, I wake up with ultrasmooth and radiant skin.

This retinol serum uses lactic acid and 2.2 percent encapsulated retinol to carefully resurface, refine, and add radiance to your complexion. There’s a reason why so many celebrities — Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Chrissy Teigen, and Jessica Alba, to name a few — swear by it.

These absolutely adorable retinol-rich eye masks are a great way to quickly plump up and hydrate your stressed-out under eyes.

One of my very favorite face oils, this uses a blend of tetrahexyldecyl (a gentle, lipid-based vitamin C) and plant-based squalane (an emollient that locks in moisture) to keep your skin nourished and hydrated, even on windy and rainy days.

If highlighters are your favorite makeup product or if you love super-dewy skin, then this pearlescent, glow-inducing chemical sunscreen from Supergoop! is a must-try. It gives SPF 40 broad-spectrum protection, with a luminous finish. The finish reminds me a lot of Charlotte Tilbury’s Hollywood Flawless Filter, which is one of my very favorite highlighter products.

This foundation from Pat McGrath is a runway staple for a reason: It’s dewy, buildable, and gives the skin a really beautiful luminosity while taking the edge off any dark marks or redness.

These cream blushes from Ilia are some of my very favorites because they’re easy to use (I almost always apply them with just my fingers), look really natural on the skin (they give a beautiful flush that’s never obvious or clownlike), and they last all day long (I can put it on in the morning and it’ll stay until the evening).

These pencils from Fenty are rich in pigment and super-creamy — they easily glide across your lids. My favorites are the matte shades “Lady Lagoon” (an electric blue), “Cute Ting” (a bubblegum pink), and “Cherry Punk” (a bright red). These liners are the easiest and best way to achieve that slightly dramatic (but still wearable) colorful cat’s-eye look.

This is one of my very favorite aluminum-free deodorants. It does a genuinely good job at masking body odor, and the kaolin clay helps keep your underarms dry. This is a great pick for someone who is looking to make the transition to a natural deodorant. Like the bodywash, it comes in the three classic Nécessaire scents: fragrance free, eucalyptus, and sandalwood. I like eucalyptus best!

The cream bronzer from Milk gives off the most even, natural-looking bronze. It’s super-easy to lightly sweep all over the face and does a perfect job at adding warmth into the skin without making you look orange or kooky.

This vanilla-y formula rich with shea and murumuru butters is one of my very favorite hydrating lip balms for combating chapped and flaky lips. You’ll be happy you have this once your apartment heating kicks in.
