President Obama addressed the collective House GOP at their retreat in Baltimore earlier today, spending most of his time alternating between calling the Republicans out for their purely political strategy of blanket opposition to basically everything he does, and trying to convince them to cooperate instead. After Obama gave his speech, he took questions from the assembled Republicans, effectively and confidently swatting away objections to his health-care plan and budgetary policies.
