In what appears to be yet another brutal child murder Thursday night, a 1-month-old infant died in a fire in a Bronx apartment alongside her mother, who was stabbed to death. Police think whoever set the fire did so to cover up the murder of the 30-year-old victim, but the most heartbreaking detail in The Post’s report is that firefighters tried “desperately to revive the infant, performing CPR on her tiny body on top of a car on the street.”
