Florida prosecutors agree with the FBI’s conclusion that an agent was justified in killing Ibragim Todashev, a friend of the Boston Bombers who may have committed an earlier triple-murder with Tamerlan Tsarnaev. After a five-hour interrogation in his apartment, Todashev allegedly attacked the agent with a metal pole. “Certainly, the FBI’s failure to prosecute a single agent in its history for shooting a suspect does not help its credibility,” argued an unconvinced official from the Council for American-Islamic Relations.
