Debra Ryan, the girlfriend of the original escape-plan-hatching, suicide-faking, motorcycle-driving Finance Fugitive, Samuel Israel III, has been arrested and charged with trying to deliver “contraband” to the Bayou Group founder in person. “The nature of the contraband was not disclosed,” according to the AP.
