An augmented reality application for smartphones called 110 Stories has raised over $25,000 for development in under 30 days. From anywhere in the city, the app will show you where the Twin Towers should be. You can watch their silhouette appear, then add a personal story and submit it to the archive. The aim is to have it available for the iPhone by September, possibly with a version for Android, too. [Kickstarter via Animal NY]
