Egyptian authorities claim that Mohammed Ibrahim Makkawi, a man taken into custody today after arriving in Cairo on a flight from Pakistan, is really Saif al-Adel, one of the FBI’s most-wanted terrorists and a top commander in Al Qaeda with a $5 million bounty on his head. But Makkawi insists that he is not Saif al-Adel, and Noman Benotman, a reformed militant, says he has met both Makkawi and al-Adel and they are two different people. We hope they didn’t torture him yet!
