Man Who Set Himself on Fire Was From New Jersey

There’s still no information as to why he did it, but police on Monday said the man who died after setting himself on fire on the Washington, D.C. Mall was John Constantino, 64, of Mt. Laurel, New Jersey. They identified him using DNA and dental records because he was so badly burned.
