Police have arrested Eligidio Lind, the 21-year-old father of a baby girl who died after being found in a burning Bronx apartment. He’s been charged with a double homicide for his daughter’s death and the fatal stabbing of her mother, 32-year-old Luisa Rodriguez — as well as arson, manslaughter, and criminal possession of a weapon.
