Former President Donald Trump won the American Samoa Republican caucuses and all 9 of its delegates, after he ran essentially unopposed in the contest. American Samoa also held its Democratic caucus on March 5th, three days earlier. Long-shot candidate, businessman Jason Palmer, won the primary with 51 votes taking 3 of the 6 available delegates.
Residents of American Samoa are not eligible to vote in November’s general election.
