Michigan House Primary Results 2024
Michigan is home to several toss-up House races that could help decide the majority in November. The 7th District race to replace Democratic Rep. Elissa Slotkin, who is running for Senate, is already set between Democratic state Sen. Curtis Heckel and Republican former state Sen. Tom Barrett. In the 8th District, a handful of candidates on both sides are contending for the party nominations to succeed retiring Democratic Rep. Dan Kildee.

The expected vote is the total number of votes that are expected in a given race once all votes are counted. This number is an estimate and is based on several different factors, including information on the number of votes cast early as well as information provided to our vote reporters on Election Day from county election officials. The figure can change as NBC News gathers new information.
