West Virginia House Primary Results 2024
Both West Virginia House seats have competitive Republican primaries. Rep. Alex Mooney's run for Senate left the 2nd District open, with a crowded field of Republicans including former state legislator Riley Moore, retired Air Force Brig. Gen. Chris Walker and Army veterans Joe Earley and Nate Cain competing for the seat. Meanwhile, Rep. Carol Miller faces a GOP primary challenge from convicted Jan. 6 rioter and former state lawmaker Derrick Evans.
